101 Royalty Free Music Clips

Gathered for the IHR Headphone RoundupI know we usually deal with Articles but here is something a little different.

Premium Audio Tracks To Give Your Audio Projects That Professional Hollywood Feel!

As the owner of a Streaming Audio Company I have bought a lot of royalty free music for my customers and pay on average $10 to $30 per 30sec track. Well enough is enough so I went out and got 101 tracks professionally made and have this very special offer at only 30c a track.

If you’re at this webpage, there’s no doubt that you already have an audio product or are considering creating one.

This is an incredible opportunity for you!

Audio products have proven to be much more profitable than a digital eBook product because they offer such a personal education experience.

Instead of reading a boring book, manual or course, the user can actively listen and really “get into” the product.

This also makes learning easier as they can listen to it while they work in their headphones or while they write notes as they listen.

Frankly, you shouldn’t even be considering creating any text based product because audio will ALWAYS outsell the text based product.

I don’t make the rules. This has been tested and audio has proven to be AT LEAST 3 times more profitable than text.

Foundation Facts – Determining the Best Base for Your Makeup Routine

Everyone has their own natural beauty. And for centuries, ladies have been using makeup in some form or fashion to enhance that beauty. These days, the cosmetic industry is booming with a plethora of products from eyebrow pencils to lipsticks to eye shadows to foundation. It is foundation, or liquid makeup, that provides the base for most women’s beauty regiments.

smiling beautyObviously, with the variety of ethnicity and skin types, all foundations are not created equal. So how do you decide which foundation is right for you? First of all, you have to know where to buy your foundation. You can purchase your makeup from the grocery store or even a pharmacy. And while there are some great makeup buys at those stores like eye pencils and lipsticks, the best place to buy your foundation is a department store. The makeup counters have experienced personnel who know about the various products that complement certain skin types as well as matching the skin tone and application techniques.

One of the first things you have to consider in regards to choosing the foundation that works best for you is your skin type. What condition is your skin in? Do you have dry or flaky skin? What about oily skin? Or maybe, your skin is a combination of the two. If you are a little unsure of what may describe your skin condition, ask for the opinion of the makeup consultant at the department store beauty counter.

After determining your skin type, you have to decide which foundation formula would best suit your needs. If your skin is dry, hydrating or moisturizing foundation formulas are great choices to provide a great base for you beauty regiment. Oil control foundations work best for the oily skin. And if you are prone to breakouts, look for formulas that cater to acne-free results. When you have combination skin, you need to find a foundation formula that would suit both oiliness and dryness.

When shopping for new foundation, make sure that you are not wearing makeup already. Having a clean face will ensure that you can apply a few colors of foundation on your face without it clashing with something else. Determining your skin tone is very helpful in choosing the best foundation as the basis for your makeup. Fair skin might require a foundation with rosy undertones while a darker complexion might need something more yellow-based in color. With the multitude of skin colors – from the fair skin of Caucasians to the olive complexions of Latin descendants to the darker undertones of African Americans or Middle East Asians, there are a countless shades to choose from.

Pick the two or three shades that you think might best suit your skin tone. Apply the foundation shades at various places along your jaw line. Your skin in this area is the most true to the type of makeup color you need. Whatever you do, do not apply the makeup on your wrist or hand because these are not optimal areas to best determine the foundation’s tone and color. Because the lighting in the store is mostly fluorescent, you want to go outside in natural sunlight to look at how well the foundation blends in with your skin. Your best selection would be the one foundation that is virtually undetectable on your skin. You should be the one wearing your makeup, not the makeup wearing you.

The reason why buying your foundation at a department store is stressed is because no makeup 1one person perfects fits the standards colors you may find in a pharmacy or grocery store. For the most part, people are in between shades. The department stores offer higher end foundations that are possible to custom blend into the shade you require. Another reason that department stores are optimal for your foundation purchase is because the makeup consultants can give you tips on applying your foundation as well as suggest complementary products or alternatives that you may not have thought of like concealer or tinted sunscreen or moisturizer.

Be sure and think about what you want out of your foundation as well. Do you want light and natural or something that makes your skin more luminous for evening events? How about a satiny finish or matte finish? The possibilities are many, but your needs are few. Decide what role your makeup will play in your daily life and activities and choose the best foundation that fits that role.

Vital Vitamins and Minerals that Slow the Aging Process

As we grow older, we often wish we could turn back the clock and have the vitality of your younger days. Hormonal changes turn down our inner “thermostat” which results in a change of hormone levels. This is thought to be the primary cause of aging. The first goal would be to replace hormonal levels to the level of a healthy young adult. Then there our cell receptor sensitizers that help rejuvenate the thermostat in our brains. Let’s review a few of them and what they will do.

big stretchIf you are experiencing an imbalance between estrogen and progesterone levels this can cause depression, fatigue, mood swings, memory loss and unexplained weight loss. There are several over the counter, natural ways to increase your hormonal level especially in women. The soy product has been used extensively to help balance hormone levels. There are also creams on the market that provide extra hormones when they are absorbed in the skin.

Free radicals pose one of the greatest threats to our health as we progress into the twenty-first century. What are free radicals and what do they do? Free radicals are renegade, unstable oxygen molecules that collide with other particles and tissues in our bodies. This causes a burst of light on impact. They seek out other molecules to combine with in order to gain stability. Some free radicals are good for you because they enable you to fight inflammation, kill bacteria, and help control the tone of your smooth muscles. These muscles help regulate the workings of your internal organs. When there are too many free radicals in your body, they run wild attacking not only unhealthy but also healthy parts of the body. This causes such diseases as heart disease and cancer.

Antioxidants have been found to be a successful shield against these free radicals. They alter cancer growth and act as anticarcinogens. Antioxidants are chemical substances that donate an electron to a free radical and convert it to a molecule that is harmless. Antioxidants intercept free radicals to keep them from damaging blood vessel membranes. This helps the flow of blood to the heart and brain and can against cancer causing damage. Fruits, vegetables, and grains are rich sources of antioxidant vitamins and minerals.

Carnosine is an important amino acid and natural antioxidant found in high amounts in the brain, lens of the human eye and muscle tissue. It’s capable of protecting cell membranes and cell structures. It is effective against muscle fatigue, reducing stress, hyperactivity, and helping sleep patterns.

Lycopene is another antioxidant that we have seen a lot of on television lately. The richest source of lycopene is in tomatoes and tomato products. Aging reduces levels of lycopene in the blood. Lycopene is needed in organs such as the adrenal glands, prostate, liver colon, and testes. It appears that lycopene is a protection against cancer in the digestive tract.

Lypoic acid is a co-factor in the conversion of carbohydrates to energy as well as an antioxidant. This acid is both water and fat-soluble and can eliminate free radicals in the water compartment of a cell and protects against oxidation. It breaks down sugars so that energy can be produced and is one of the most important antioxidants. It’s called the universal antioxidant because it is able to quench free radicals both in water and fat cells.

Xanthones have strong antioxidant effects on the nervous system but it also is a bitter compound and is known to produce agreeable and delightful feelings. It is a great benefit to those who suffer from depression and acts to reduce appetites and obsessions. It produces a series of hormonal reactions that triggers the release of dopamine in the pleasure centers of the brain. Dopamine is an energizing neurotransmitter, which can increase or decrease output by brain cells causing a domino effect. Dopamine helps stimulate the pituitary glad that releases growth hormone and improving the immune response. It also helps stimulate brain activity no matter what the age. Dopamine is known to decrease with aging. Blueberries are considered a big part of reversal in motor dysfunction that occurs with aging and dopamine deficiency.

Using Photoshop in Camtasia

With the proliferation of web videos, it would appear that many have no shame producing and distributing crappy videos. While if this is a video of your dog Charlie catching a frisbee while jumping off the dock at the lake, that is one thing.

But if this video is a business video that is promoting, demonstrating, or giving a tutorial on how to use your product, that is entirely a different matter. From the viewers prospective if you don’t care about using a crappy demonstration video why would your attitude when you created your product or service be any different. If you as a business are providing a quality product or service then tell the world about it in with videos…but do it right! By just implementing a few production details, you too can create high quality web videos.

box-medThere is a man from Wisconsin, a former Microsoft Techie, who has begun a crusade to rid the web of crappy videos. Lon Naylor shows you (with videos of course) exactly what you need to do in order to create Camtasia videos that will make your business product or service shine. In a step by step system he calls “Ace the Audio”, he shows you the techniques that can turn a bumbling and stumbling video narration into something that sounds like it was recorded at a production studio. In this twelve part module, Lon breaks it down into simple lessons, skillfully demonstrated in video form, exactly how to produce a studio quality narration for your videos. Did I mention for a limited time, Lon is giving you access to this video completely free! – Click Here for Details

In the members area of his site, Lon takes you through a total of nine different modules each done in the same format as “Ace the Audio”. Starting with a fantastic video overview tutorial, Lon takes you step by step with modules like Video Strategies, Creating Killer Screencast Videos, Planning and Preparing Your Video, Recording Your Videos, Editing Your Videos, as well as a Module on Video Production.

3 Essentials Before You Submit To Article Directories

One of the oldest yet still more effective techniques in driving targeted prospects to sites and converting them into buyers is information-based marketing. This is why article writing, submissions and publications are at an all-time high.

msiarticleThere are many tools that you can use to make the process of distributing your articles easier. However, although this is invaluable in getting your article exposed to more sites, there are common mistakes that some people make before submitting their articles to directories.

Let us take a look at the more common mistakes made in 3 key areas:

1) Confusing the reason to promote articles with the reason to write them.

In article writing, the main benefits of you promoting them is branding, lead generation and promotion, which are all part of your optimization efforts.

However, there is one reason why you write articles, and that is to inform your audience about a subject. It is greatly important that your article is based upon this fact, or else you stand to fail in the promotional benefits as outlined above.

Of course, it is also highly important that you figure out how to get people to read you article, and then to click on your site link in the resource box. I have produced a couple of articles that cover these areas so please check them out :-) .

2) Failing to realize and maximize the promotional opportunities of article marketing.

You will more than likely already know that your article can generate links back to your site from the article directories themselves, and also from any sites who publish your article from these directories. However, did you know that you can attract more visitors and better search engine results from the same article?

The first step to achieving this is to provide relevant keywords at strategic places in the article. However, do not overdo this. A good benchmark is to aim for between a ten to fifteen percent keyword density. I won’t go further into this here as I’ve discussed this in other articles but if you would like to find out more, look out for more of my article marketing articles.

You shouldn’t just aim for your article to be accepted by article directories, but should ultimately aim for it to be used by publishers who scour the directories for website content. You should not underestimate the potential that this can have on your promotional efforts, as many of these publishers may have hundreds or thousands of regular visitors who could then view your article.

Start out by having a plan of what you want achieved and make sure that you reach your targets. It is important to do this so that you can reap the maximum benefits of every article that you write.

3) Creating articles with content that does not help your readers.

Maybe your only plan is to create an article and get links back from article directories, and that any visitor that you may get from this is fine.

Well you may need to think again. Many article directoriesclamp down on the amount of articles that they accept that are simply not up to standard. And even if a poorly written, uninformative article does make it into the article sites, then the potential of being picked up by webmasters seeking quality content is certainly lost.

The benefits of one publisher with a hundred thousand website visitors picking up your article should be enough incentive for you to write an informative article. This is by no means impossible, and you may find that this value is conservative in what you may achieve from a number of publishers running your article on their site.

Researching into a topic that is sought after is important. There may be many readers of this article who will feel that this information is all well and good but feel that they cannot write an article well, or may not know enough about a certain subject to write an article. This is by no means a dead-end. There are many places where you can research into a topic, or hiring a writer might be an option worth considering.

The choice really is yours on how dedicated you are in increasing the exposure of your article, and consequently your website. On a basic level you can choose to gain a few backlinks from article directories, or with a little more effort you can enjoy massive exposure from providing quality content.

49 PLR Articles on Self Confidence

Here is a nice set of 50 articles all about self confidence. Below you will find a sample. All come in word and Text format with a keyword report and have a PLR lic. Here is a sample of the quality:

———————————————–

5 Days to Positive Inner Dialogue

happy time 1In order to be self-confident, eventually you are going to have to silence the critics inside your mind. Sometimes they sound like mom or dad, sometimes like an old teacher or a respected friend. You’ve got to train yourself to see the truth. Those aren’t really the voices of your loved (or not so loved) ones. You control what they say, and what you hear.

Day One: Face Yourself

Go ahead and face yourself, once and for all. Look in the mirror. What expression do you see staring back at you? A happy one? A sad one? Suspicious? Angry? If you’ve got something nasty to say, get it off your chest now. Then let it go. You’ve chosen the path of self-support, so the criticisms – for right now – don’t matter anymore.

Day Two: Exercise Your Ego

Look you in the mirror again, only this time, be prepared to turn your words around. Remember the old saying in school? Three put-ups for one put-down? Put that into effect in your bathroom. Every negative thing you said yesterday needs to be refuted, replaced and erased by three good things you see in yourself.

And yes, you do have to say them out loud. We want you to remember what compliments sound like. We want you to differentiate between the honest comments spoken aloud, and the negative inner dialogue that holds you back out of fear.

Day Three: Keep the Music Alive

Sometimes, what’s inside your head can drown out all the good in the world. Train yourself to do the opposite. Listen to some of your favorite songs, and play them in your head whenever those negative voices kick in. If you’re angry, play an intense song in your head. Prong. Pink Floyd. Napalm Death. If you’re sad, a little Dave Matthews Band may do the trick.

Force yourself to think in emotions versus words, because too often the words we choose don’t really talk about how we feel. They avoid feeling out of the fear of pain and skip straight to criticism.

Criticism robs us of self-confidence. Pain helps us see who we really are.

Day Four: Laughing Out Loud

Your negative dialogue starts to panic. It’s being replaced. What will you do to hold yourself back? It’s truly amazing how far our subconscious will go to prevent improvement just to avoid the risks that come with change.

Sometimes this results in an all around foul mood. A funk that keeps you indoors, out of the sun, away from friends, and hunkered down at home. That on its own can sabotage a number of goals, which in turn leads to failure and self-doubt.

What can we do to change that? It’s as simple as flicking on the TV, or running out to see a funny movie. Comedies, comic strips, joke books – they all make us laugh. And laughter is undeniably the best medicine for an ailing soul.

Day Five: Be Receptive to Compliments

If any, the midpoint will be the hardest piece of the puzzle to accept. You’ve found ways of dealing with the negative voices from outside your own head. An effective way to engage in positive inner dialogue however is to daydream, and create separate positive voices. Once you force their voices, it’s easier for them to talk on their own.

So who do you begin with? And how do you go about this without feeling so ridiculous?

If you pay attention from day to day, you will find many people paying you compliments you didn’t notice before. “Thank you,” by itself can boost your self-esteem. Catch hold of these and replay them throughout the day in your mind. A particularly beautiful young lady, or attractive gentleman may become a life-long friend … inside your head.

As time goes on you can add to the cast of characters. Just as parents, friends, and teachers can take up negative space in your brain, so can they fill it with loving support. Remember, the words aren’t being said by anyone else. The choice is yours.

Location, Location, Location: How to find all the details about the neighborhood before you buy.

The Jones’ family found their dream home and moved into it with all of the excitement and enthusiasm of a kid on Christmas morning. After a long and hectic day of unpacking, they collapsed into bed anticipating a good night’s rest. Unfortunately, they were shocked and dismayed when they began to hear the very obvious noise of trucks roaring along the inter-state highway situated less than a half mile to the rear of their home. Too late!

homeThis unfortunate situation exemplifies the need to focus on location when contemplating the purchase of a home. A ten million dollar mansion isn’t worth a dime if it’s sitting next to a toxic waste dump. This example is far-fetched and outrageous, but it makes the point that finding the right location is certainly as important as finding the right house.

How do you investigate a potential neighborhood? There are a number of factors and issues to be considered in your evaluation. Some of them can be covered merely through visual observation; others will have to be explored with the assistance of community and government organizations.

One of your first and most significant concerns should be the crime rate. If every other house on the block is being burglarized every other month, you might want to look elsewhere. Talk to a spokesperson of the local law enforcement agency. Ask for a listing of their monthly crime stats and a copy of their year ending report. When talking to the spokesperson about crime rates, ask about their response times in your area. If it’s over five minutes, ask why. If the community has a neighborhood watch group or a neighborhood citizens’ security patrol, attend one of their meetings or speak with their group representatives.

How far is your new neighborhood from your place of employment? How far is too far? Bottom line: check the driving time and traffic patterns, both coming and going, by driving the route you’ll take. Are there any activities or facilities in the area that will make the trip more unpleasant or time consuming on specific days of the week? As an example, is there a bridge that backs up on Friday afternoons as people rush to their weekend retreats?

If you have children, or anticipate having them, you’ll want to check out the schools in the area. Visit the schools and talk to the Principals or school counselors. Ask about class sizes, bus service, curriculum and even school menus. If your child is a gifted student, you’ll want to inquire about accelerated courses. If your child needs special Ed opportunities, ask about them. Knowing about your child’s school is one of your primary responsibilities as a parent.

This may sound a bit picky, but you should visit and evaluate your local markets, shops and restaurants. Do they sell quality products? Is there a convenient place to purchase daily necessities such as milk, luncheon items, coffee, etc.? Do the local restaurants suit your taste? The answers to these questions may not factor substantially into your moving decision, but they are part of the equation and should at least be recognized and considered.

Availability of community services should not be overlooked. Is there a good hospital in the immediate vicinity? Do they have an emergency room? How about parks and a library?

You should visit the neighborhood at various times of the day and night to check for sounds, smells, heavy traffic and the presence of any activities that you might find offensive as a resident. Sometimes the complexion of a neighborhood changes at night. Drive around after dark and look for the presence of undesirables lounging about in public places. Try to get a sense and feeling of the neighborhood.

Finally, you will want to find out if the community has a community association. If so, visit the association and ask about membership dues, restrictions and covenants. If the representative is forthcoming, ask if there are any problems in the area that you as a prospective new resident should consider.

You are about to make one of the biggest financial decisions of your life. Don’t be timid. Ask questions, make notes and weigh all the pro’s and con’s before deciding.

Crime invades every spectrum of life in the United States and around the world and sadly, even people trying to protect them and their loved ones from health-related financial burden are at risk. Federal statistics show a steep rise in the number of fraudulent or unlicensed health insurance companies in recent years.

The result?

red appleHundreds of thousands of Americans spent their money on what could be worthless health care coverage that should have been worth more than a quarter billion dollars. Most of the bogus insurance is provided through employer-sponsored programs where scurrilous shysters have access to hundreds of potential victims, or to self-employed workers and small businesses that may not be able to afford or participate in a decent group plan.

It has been suggested that the high cost of health care benefits in the United States has contributed to the rising number of health insurance scams. With more than 40 million Americans living without any kind of health care insurance, fraudsters have a huge market of people who want to think they are getting a deal on a service that offers medical protection for their families. In fact, a Georgetown University study found the dramatic increase in medical care insurance scams has risen at the same time health care insurance premiums have recorded double-digit rate hikes.

Often, the scam does not reveal itself until after one of these unfortunate beneficiaries tries to use their health insurance to cover an approved medical situation. By then, depending on the family’s ability to pay for medical services without insurance, a financial crisis may already be in the works. State governments tend not to offer guarantees or financial protection when health care insurance plans are revealed as a swindle or if the insurance provider is unwilling or unable to pay for legitimate claims.

Despite the awfulness of perpetuating such a horrible crime, fraudulent health insurance companies often get away with their stolen money intact. Authorities are unable to simply swoop in and arrest the bad guys; investigations take time and organization if they are to succeed in getting enough evidence to bring about a guilty verdict in court. Unfortunately, by the time such an investigation can be mounted and authorities can make a move, fraudulent health insurers have had a chance to hide their assets or have moved on to another location under another name.

There are several things that may make you suspicious about the homelegitimacy of a health insurance provider. First among these is price. Fraudulent medical insurance companies tend to offer cut-rate prices as a way of luring victims to hand over their money. The truth is that health insurance can be a pricey prospect. If you think you’re getting too good of a deal, you’re probably not getting a deal at all. As the old adage goes, if something seems too good to be true it probably is.

A second indicator that the health insurance provider you are dealing with might be a scam operation is the presence of less than usual or even the absence of the regulations that govern other insurance providers. Fraudulent health insurance plan providers also try to attract potential clients by boasting about regulatory freedom at the state level. Don’t be fooled: legitimate health insurance providers are not immune from state regulation. Quite the opposite is true. Many types of insurance, including health care insurance, are regulated primarily by each state.

Additionally, while health care insurance fraud is a nation-wide problem, a survey of some of the identified medical insurance scams has revealed Texas and Florida as particular hotbeds of fraudulent insurance activity. Beware of any health care insurance providers that have recently started business. Check with your better business bureau to make sure there have been no complaints.

There are some things you can do to protect yourself against fraudulent health insurance plan scams. The first thing you can do is be aware that bogus plans are out there. The second step you take to protect yourself while still getting a reasonable health care insurance plan is to educate yourself about your available options: shop around, ask questions, request proof of licensing (operating an unlicensed insurance operation is illegal in every state), get recommendations and contact a state insurance commissioner to verify the legitimacy of a health care insurance operation before you sign anything.

Christmas Decorating Ideas You Haven’t Thought Of

When your mother said to use your imagination on any new project or situation that you may encounter in life – always take her advice to heart. It’s true that experience is the best teacher, but to get it you need to be creative and flexible. This is no where better exemplified than in decorating your home for the Christmas holidays that are quickly approaching. Many things can limit your ability to purchase decorating paraphernalia, but all you have to do is look around your home and at few discount stores, and you will find good bargains and supplies for decorating the interior inexpensively.   Also, don’t forget to look search in your attic and storage areas for some of your forgotten things that are very appropriate for decorating at Christmas.

While you’re digging around through your long forgotten stuff take note of not only old Christmas set outs and ornaments, but pull out some toys too. Nothing can be more charming than proudly displaying around your tree a train set from long ago. If it doesn’t run, tinker with it until it does. If all is lost let it set stationary for you to enjoy. Dolls are another thing to decorate with, and they are very charming placed in a high backed chair or highchair, with larger presents stacked around their feet and miniature gifts on the tray. Old board games and other items such as metal spinning tops will fill the void under a tree, or even extenuate the types of papers on the all ready wrapped gifts. If your lucky enough to find your families old stockings, spice them up by adding miniature bells and glitter paint their names on the front.

Your tree can be jazzed up too by purchasing a few inexpensive copper coated cookie cutters, and adding a bow and gold hook to hang. While you’re at it take some time to find some red and green floral sticks, and tie a bow around the top. Secure with wire and place them in the front of your plants. Coffee table tops and end tables are very easy to decorate, but just make sure that there is plenty of room if the area is heavily used. Buy some inexpensive graduated stemmed heavy cut glasses, and fill them with either colorful candies or nuts. Often many people prefer a choice of both because salty nuts off set the highly sugared taste of the candy. Don’t forget to wrap with a tiny bow on the stems. Collections such as old world Santa’s or nativity scenes can be new or old, and placed on a shelf or mantle piece for enjoyment. Other types of Santa displays that are popular are the nested Santa’s which are famous in certain European countries. Kids really love to look and play with these. An original or imitation milk bottle can be cleaned and painted, and faux cookies can be left out for Santa to eat on his way out. Place anywhere there is not any heavy hand traffic, just to prevent accidents.

There are other areas of your house that you need to decorate too. Christmas colored scented gel candles and a small basket full of cinnamon sticks with small decorative hand towels in a theme are very decorative and useful. Holiday cooking smells can stink up a house, and certainly guests and family members appreciate the wonderful scents and extra holiday hand towels in place. Glass decorated with washable soaps with scenes of winter around the edge of a large bathroom mirror, will make everyone remember to smile and to be thankful for all that they have at Christmas time. Don’t miss the bedrooms for kids and adults a like. Door areas can be framed with garland and a red ribbon wrapped into it, and is extremely attractive with holiday lights entwined in them. Kids can cut out with scissors on heavy construction paper Santa’s and snowmen, and hang in their windows.

Decorating for Christmas does not have to be brain wracking, costly and exhausting. There are so many different decorating ideas that you can use, and as time goes by you will find other types of materials, and new ideas to use when getting ready for the holiday season. Just sit back and relax while decorating, and remember to enjoy the holiday of Christmas day because it only comes around once a year.
